 The Crystal in the Haunted House

Two siblings were playing on the beach, they were having fun, one of the siblings was a boy, and the other was a girl. They were both identical twins, and had scars on their ankle, but the scars were invisible. They both had chestnut hair and had brownish skin, they had blue eyes and their names were Pisces and Caprin. They didn’t know that there was something special about them. They were born with some powers, power they never knew they had. Their mom owned the beach they were playing in, and their dad was a paleontologist. They did have something strange about them though. Everytime they were asleep they would have a dream of a green crystal in a haunted house. Then one day they got the same dream and woke up. They looked at their alarm clocks, it was 3:27 AM. They just went back to bed, but then they had the same dream again except there was a man talking. In the dream, the man said “this crystal isn’t a regular one, the man said. This crystal has a life, someone accidentally created it,  this crystal is in a haunted house not far from here, we have to stop it.” They woke up again and didn’t go back to sleep, they got up from bed and right away went to the haunted house they were told to. Then halfway through Caprin suddenly flew in the cold air and went to the haunted house, then the Pisces saw the green crystal. He felt like he could read the crystals mind, he then realized he had an invisible scar on his ankle, and the crystal made him get the scar. After that, he continued walking in the dark,deep forest until he reached the haunted house. The Caprin was already there, waiting for him to come. “I think I can only fly at night.” Said Caprin. “Yeah, and I think I can read minds, and you know we have invisible scars right?” Pisces said. “The weird crystal gave us those scars, there on our ankles.” Caprin understood but she had a confusing look. “Ok, lets go inside this thing.” They stepped in the haunted house and then they both heard footsteps coming towards them. They put their bodies on the wall and stood there like a frozen frog. They held their breath. Was it the man in their dream, was it the person that accidently made the crystal, who could it be. The footsteps got louder and louder and closer and closer. Then they found a sword, Caprin picked it up and pointed it almost a centimeter away from the stairs. Finally, the person showed themselves, it was nobody then their dad! “What are you doing here! Their dad said. “What are you doing here.” Said Caprin still pointing the sword at him. “Investigating a crystal and looking for someone who can only fly at night and read minds!!!” Their dad said angrily. “Well, I can fly at night and he can read minds.” Caprin said again. “Well prove it!” Their dad said again so loud that they felt like the whole world could hear it. Caprin began spreading her wings and flying and Pisces said “you were the one that created the crystal, you didn’t do it on accident, but you did it on purpose.” Their dad's eyes grew wide, but then the eyes lowered and he had a sad face. “Great, because of you we have scars and we have to destroy this immortal crystal.” Caprin said. “It's not immortal! Said the dad who went back to the angry mood. Only I know how to destroy it and I’m not gonna tell you.” “Why?” Pisces said. “Well because that crystal actually has a mind, and it's a rare discovery I made, I won’t let anyone destroy it.” “Do you like a discovery more or will you let people die because of it, because of you, people have been getting invisible scars all over their body and dying! “I don’t care! Their dad said. This discovery has to be there for at least 100 years.” “Beat it.” Caprin said shoving her dad and running upstairs. “Yeah beat it dad.” Said Pisces also running downstairs. Their dad came running up the stairs as fast as he could, then they ran even faster. Finally they found the crystal Pisces took it of the stone it was on. “How am I supposed to destroy this.” Pisces said. Caprin pushed her dad down the stairs and said “just throw it!” Pisces looked down, he saw the hard floor. He then knew the crystal would break if he dropped it from there. When he did it did break! After that, they quickly and quietly went back home. They looked at their alarm clocks, it was 5:00, they then got into bed and started to sleep for one hour.
